Very good staff. Special mention for the breakfast manager who was working on 5/16/25. Upon knowing my dietery restrictions, he made special vegan patties for me so that I do not go hungry. This is an exceptional service and handling the guests with such a care! Thank you so much !! This hotel is placed at a very convenient location from ORD and also midst of all the shopping area. Very good service indeed !! Also, the reception lady whom I worked withf for checkin on 5/15 was nice as well. Thank you to both. Due to Bookings.com policy, I cannot name the people but it is wonderful staff you have at this place.

You desk manager went above and beyond. Upon checking she just mentioned to me hope you have a great time in Chicago. I told her I was there to attend a funeral. That evening I had a hand written note in my room telling us if we needed anything just let her know and extending her sympathy to us. Much appreciated!!!

The hotel was very welcoming by the front desk staff and it was very clean. The small pool was also well maintained.

Extremely good location with walking distance from Costco and Woodfield Mall with excellent stores and restaurants and food court. Ample parking and Buffet which had a nice selection of breakfast options . Full complementary coffee set up in the reception area. Overall great experience. Strongly recommended.

Front desk is friendly, I can get the answer easily from her. Breakfast is kind of salty, I think it's the difference between Eastern and Western. But the oat milk is awesome, I love it so much!

We received a warm welcome. The room was comfortable and met all our needs. We appreciated the toiletries provided. Breakfast was great: loads of good options. It was a good stay.

We booked 2 rooms to celebrate our sons 13th birthday. The rooms were adjoining which we really appreciated. Check in was so smooth. The staff had a birthday gift waiting in our room for our son. So nice of them!

I stayed one night at the SpringHill by Marriott for business and found the hotel to be exceptional. The room was cozy and in great condition. Special thanks to Narjas for her outstanding support during our stay; she was incredibly nice and helpful.
